📸 Monthly Sessions: How It Works
Each subscription session is tied to a specific monthly theme and production schedule.
Subscriber Session Usage Policy
Sessions must be used within the calendar month of the assigned set
Sessions cannot roll over to another month
Sets are produced on a limited schedule and are theme-specific
Limited exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and are handled privately by the studio. These are typically reserved for:
Out-of-state clients
Unique or unavoidable circumstances
All exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Gem City Pin Up Photography.

🚗 June – Hot Rod Cutie
Classic pin-up meets horsepower. This is a limited-date production set, designed around vintage automotive aesthetics. If you can’t attend the primary shoot date, a substitute option will be available — but this one is worth planning ahead for.

In-House Stylist Policy
Use of our in-house stylist is optional
A $100 styling fee applies when requested
Styling services must be scheduled in advance
Subject to availability
This is perfect if you want cohesive, set-specific styling without the stress of planning every detail yourself.
🚨 Limited Availability — Once It’s Full, It’s Closed
This isn’t a mass-market subscription. It’s a carefully capped experience.
To protect the quality of each set, the level of one-on-one attention, and the production value you expect from Gem City Pin Up Photography, only a limited number of 2026 subscription spots are released.
Here’s why that matters:
Each monthly set is designed, built, and scheduled around a fixed number of subscribers
Studio time, editing capacity, and creative resources are intentionally limited
Overbooking would water down the experience — and that’s not the vibe
Once all subscription spots are filled:
Enrollment closes
No additional subscribers are added
No waitlist guarantees
If you miss it, you’re waiting until the next subscription cycle — and there’s no promise the themes, pricing, or availability will look the same.

🔄 Reschedule Policy (Read This Part Carefully)
Life happens. We account for that — within reason.
Annual Reschedule Allowance
Subscribers get one (1) free reschedule per calendar year
Must provide at least 48 hours’ notice
Please note:
Rescheduled sessions are not guaranteed the same set, date, or availability
Sets are produced on limited timelines
Late Notice Reschedules
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given:
First reschedule: $25 fee
Each additional reschedule (same year): $50 per occurrence
All reschedule fees must be paid before the new session is confirmed.
⏰ Arrival & Timeliness
Our studio runs on a tight, professional production schedule — and timing matters.
Arrival Policy
Your booked time is your on-set time
You must be camera-ready at that time
If MUAH or styling services are booked, those happen before your on-set time.
Late Arrivals
Late fees may apply
Arrivals over 15 minutes late result in:
Automatic forfeiture of the session
No reschedule or credit issued
