By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS
Memberships include one themed photography session per covered month. Monthly plans are billed at $110 (returning) or $130 (new subscribers). Prepaid plans are $390 (3 months), $720 (6 months), or $1,200 (12 months). Payments are nonrefundable except as stated below or required by law. Memberships are nontransferable.

CANCELLATION & BILLING
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing the studio. Requests must include your name and cancellation request. Future billing stops upon cancellation. Members who voluntarily cancel cannot rejoin until the next calendar year's enrollment period. Previous rates are not guaranteed. Memberships do not automatically renew into 2028 without authorization.

SESSION AVAILABILITY
Each monthly themed set will be available for a MINIMUM of 45 calendar days. Subscribers are responsible for booking and completing sessions within the announced availability window. Missed sessions are forfeited without refund, credit, or rollover. Retired sets will not be recreated. All bookings are subject to availability.

STUDIO LOCATION
Our studio location may change during 2027. Subscribers will be notified of location changes before affected appointments. Relocation alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law.

HAIR, MAKEUP & WARDROBE
ALL SESSIONS ARE ARRIVE-READY! Hair and makeup are NOT included. Arrive fully dressed with hair and makeup completed. Styling may be purchased through each set's ADD-ON MENU, subject to availability. Studio wardrobe and props vary by set and are not guaranteed.

LATE ARRIVALS & RESCHEDULING
Your appointment time is photography time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may incur fees or reduced shooting time. Arrivals over 20 minutes late or no-shows may forfeit the session. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice, is subject to availability, and must occur during the set's booking window. Annual memberships allow one reschedule per year.

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
If we cancel your session, you will not forfeit it. We will offer reasonable rescheduling, an extension, or a comparable replacement. If we cannot fulfill the session, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided. Prepaid session refunds are calculated using the membership price divided by included sessions.

IMAGES & EDITING
Each completed session includes 7 professionally edited digital images (5 standard + 2 bonus). Editing and image selection are at the photographer's discretion. Advanced retouching costs extra. Galleries are generally delivered within 3 weeks. Proofing is not included.

COPYRIGHT
All images remain the property of Shirk Studios LLC. Personal use only. Commercial use or publication requires prior authorization. Images may not be altered or filtered without permission. Photographer credit is required when sharing online.
