💄 THE IMPORTANT STUFF!

Subscriber Terms, Booking Policies & All That Jazz!

We want everyone to have an amazing experience, so let's cover the not-so-glamorous but VERY important details.

💋 ALL SUBSCRIBER SESSIONS ARE ARRIVE-READY!

Hair and makeup services are NOT INCLUDED in your membership.

You'll need to arrive with your hair and makeup completed and ready to step in front of the camera.

Want professional styling? No problem!

Hair and makeup services may be purchased separately through the ADD-ON MENU when booking each set, subject to availability.

Studio wardrobe and accessories may be available depending on the theme, sizing, and inventory.

Some sets may require you to bring your own wardrobe.

Remember, your scheduled appointment time is your photography time, not your getting-ready time!

📅 YOU HAVE AT LEAST 45 DAYS TO COMPLETE EACH SET!

Every monthly themed photography set will be available for a MINIMUM OF 45 CALENDAR DAYS.

That's plenty of opportunity to get your session on the calendar!

However, it is YOUR responsibility to schedule and complete your session during the announced availability period.

Once a set is retired, it's retired.

Missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or exchanged for another month, except as provided under our studio cancellation policy or required by law.

We strongly encourage booking early because appointment availability becomes limited as sets approach their retirement dates.

🚨 ONE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE PER YEAR!

We understand that life happens.

Sometimes plans change, people get sick, and schedules get a little crazy.

However, because our themed sets are available for limited periods and appointment spaces are limited, we must maintain a firm scheduling policy.

Each subscriber is permitted ONE (1) appointment cancellation or reschedule during the 2027 calendar year.

This policy applies to ALL membership tiers, including our 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Additional cancellations or rescheduling requests beyond the one permitted allowance may result in forfeiture of the affected session without refund or credit.

All rescheduled appointments must take place within the themed set's announced availability period.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in immediate forfeiture of that month's session.

IMPORTANT: Studio-initiated cancellations do NOT count toward your one permitted cancellation or reschedule.

This appointment policy is separate from the cancellation of a monthly subscription membership.

⏰ PLEASE BE ON TIME!

Your scheduled appointment time is your photography time.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in additional fees or reduced photography time.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your session.

No-shows may also result in forfeiture.

We want you to get every minute of your fabulous photography experience, so please arrive ready to go!

📸 WHAT IF THE STUDIO HAS TO CANCEL?

Life happens on our end, too!

If Gem City Pin Up Photography must cancel your scheduled session due to illness, emergencies, relocation, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, you will NOT lose your session because of our cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to offer:

• A rescheduled appointment for the original themed set.

• An extension of the booking period.

• A comparable replacement photography session.

If we cannot fulfill your purchased session or provide a mutually agreed replacement, an appropriate refund or credit will be issued according to your membership terms.

For prepaid memberships, refunds for unfulfilled sessions are calculated using the membership price divided by the number of included sessions.

Studio cancellations will never count toward your permitted appointment cancellation or reschedule.

📍 OUR STUDIO LOCATION MAY CHANGE!

Please note that Gem City Pin Up Photography's studio location is subject to change during the 2027 subscription year.

Any location changes will be communicated before affected appointments.

A studio relocation alone does not automatically qualify for membership cancellation or a refund, subject to applicable law and our ability to provide the purchased services.

💰 MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Monthly memberships are billed according to the selected plan.

Monthly subscribers may cancel their memberships by submitting a written request via email.

Once cancellation is processed, future recurring charges will stop.

IMPORTANT: If you voluntarily cancel your monthly membership, you will NOT be eligible to rejoin the Subscriber Program until the next calendar year's enrollment period.

Previous membership rates are not guaranteed.

Prepaid memberships are nonrefundable for voluntary cancellation except as required by law or stated in the membership agreement.

Memberships are nontransferable.

The 2027 Subscriber Program does not automatically renew into 2028 without authorization.

🖼️ YOUR IMAGES & EDITING

Every completed subscriber session includes SEVEN professionally edited digital images.

Standard retouching is included.

Advanced retouching, extensive body alterations, and additional editing requests may require additional fees.

Image selection and editing remain at the photographer's discretion.

Completed galleries are generally delivered within three weeks.

Gallery proofing and client image selection are not included unless purchased separately.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Shirk Studios LLC, doing business as Gem City Pin Up Photography.

Images are licensed for personal use. Commercial use or publication requires prior written authorization.

Please do not apply additional filters or edits to your finished images without permission.

Photographer credit is required when sharing online.
