Service Description

This seasonal set package is a little different from our usual full sessions — this one is quick, cute, and straight to the point! Styling is not included, so you'll need to arrive makeup-ready and ready to slay. Studio wardrobe is shown below!!! If you would like to add makeup please email us at: Gem City Pin Up Photography for more. Your session includes: → 30 minutes of studio time on our Spring-Themed Set → 1 wardrobe look (feel free to bring your own OR use one of our available wardrobe pieces or wigs!) → 6 beautifully edited digital images (with the option to purchase more) A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $100 is required to reserve your spot. Please be sure to read through our terms and conditions below before booking. Paying your retainer means you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies (because we like to keep things cute and clear). PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. In the event the client cancels this agreement for any reason, the Non-Refundable Retain will not be refunded. If the Photographer cancels this agreement for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of all money paid within 30 days of the cancellation date. Please note that retainers are non transferable, so if you need to reschedule, your payment will not be refunded. COPYRIGHT. The client acknowledges that all images are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and remains the property of the photographer. Violation of this law is subject to fines. Any and all purchased high resolution files grants the client the make unlimited reproductions for personal use only. Shirk Studio LLC retains the copyright to these images, and the client agrees not to gift any images captured from this session for the temporary or permanent use of these images or for resale commercial or professional use to any entity. Client may not gift the photographs, products or digital files from this session to any entity to be used for marketing and/or advertising. All images are protected under Creative Commons License: Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported LIMITS OF LIABILITY. Every effort will be made to deliver the highest quality images. There is no guarantee that a specified photograph, number of photographs (other than the included complimentary images) or specific poses will be taken. LATE POLICY- clients can be subject to a small late fee. A “no show” will result in forfeiture of any money paid up to this day.
