Diamond Pinup Package

Service Description

Our Diamond Package is perfect way to spoil yourself. The Diamond Package does include styling (Standard Pinup Makeup w/ lashes, and a standard Pinup hair style), 1 hair change. We will also provide champaign. With this session you can pick from three of our current pinup sets (These change Rapidly) or a solid color background, and 3 wardrobe option. The Diamond package includes 12 digital images with the option to add more. The Diamond package requires a $200 nonrefundable retainer at the time of booking. This will be applied to the total day of your session. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions below before booking. By paying the retainer, you agree to our studio's terms and conditions. PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. In the event the client cancels this agreement for any reason, the Non-Refundable Retain will not be refunded. If the Photographer cancels this agreement for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of all money paid within 30 days of the cancellation date. Please note that retainers are non transferable, so if you need to reschedule, your payment will not be refunded. COPYRIGHT. The client acknowledges that all images are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and remains the property of the photographer. Violation of this law is subject to fines. Any and all purchased high resolution files grants the client the make unlimited reproductions for personal use only. Shirk Studio LLC retains the copyright to these images, and the client agrees not to gift any images captured from this session for the temporary or permanent use of these images or for resale commercial or professional use to any entity. Client may not gift the photographs, products or digital files from this session to any entity to be used for marketing and/or advertising. All images are protected under Creative Commons License: Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported LIMITS OF LIABILITY. Every effort will be made to deliver the highest quality images. There is no guarantee that a specified photograph, number of photographs (other than the included complimentary images) or specific poses will be taken.

Cancellation Policy

Upfront payment is requested at time of booking. This payment is non refundable and non transferable. All coupons, discounts or any other special offers are null and void at time of cancellation on any scheduled session.
