Pinup Bottle Top Start at $275- Bottle Top package includes 30 minutes of session time with one on one posing, 2 complimentary digital composite edits, with and additional 3 standard images(solid color background) . Package includes 1 look only, and complimentary makeup and hair. You will be responsible for bring the bottle of your choice to use. Unless we already have an image in our digital gallery.

Premium Boudoir Starts at $399- This is the whole shebang!! Package includes 2 hour of session time with one on one posing and complimentary makeup and hair. Up to 4 wardrobe changes of your choice. 2 Boudoir sets. This package will include 20 complimentary digital edits delivered in Color and Black and White. (Regular starting at $500)

In Studio Calendar Shoot $600- We will craft a 12 month calendar of images, Holiday props will be provided for the holiday months on a corresponding solid color background. Other months will be filled with an image in our available pinup/boudoir sets. This will need to be booked well in advanced, as the whole day will be strictly devoted to you. We will provide snacks and a bottle of wine to make the day special and help you unwind. Package will include 24 edits (2 for each month) so you can craft the perfect calendar. Please note we do not print or provide calendar lay out. This is strictly the images. This is for private use only. We do offer Commercial Rate calendar shoots also. Message us for pricing. $200 Non Refundable Retainer due at time of booking.

PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. In the event the client cancels this agreement for any reason, the Non Refundable Retain will not be refunded. If the Photographer cancels this agreement for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of all money paid within 30 days of the cancellation date. Please note that retainers are non transferable, so if you need to reschedule, your payment will not be refunded.

COPYRIGHT. The client acknowledges that all images are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and remains the property of the photographer. Violation of this law is subject to fines. Any and all purchased high resolution files grants the client the make unlimited reproductions for personal use only. Shirk Studio LLC retains the copyright to these images, and the client agrees not to gift any images captured from this session for the temporary or permanent use of these images or for resale commercial or professional use to any entity. Client may not gift the photographs, products or digital files from this session to any entity to be used for marketing and/or advertising. All images are protected under Creative Commons License: Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported

LIMITS OF LIABILITY. Every effort will be made to deliver the highest quality images. There is no guarantee that a specified photograph, number of photographs (other than the included complimentary images) or specific poses will be taken.

LATE POLICY- clients can be subject to a small late fee. A “no show” will result in forfeiture of any money paid up to this day.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES. Images will be delivered digitally via a private gallery with in 3 weeks of session date (unless otherwise noted). Print images can be purchased from the galley host site and delivered directly to the clients.
**Complimentary Images on Pinup packages will include post-process editing and Gem City Pin Up Photography reserves creative control over the editing style. Editing will include facial blemishes and minor imperfections but do not include body image adjustments.

We also offer many other options, from location sessions, car photo shoots, on-location boudoir, and custom in-studio options. Send details on what you would like, tentative time, and any other details that will help us provide a quick quote for your custom session.
Upfront payment is requested at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable against CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. If you plan to use the images for anything other than personal use, please discuss ahead of time, for our commercial rates. This policy will be noted in your photo release.
